I offer a free assessment and structured analysis to all my training clients. This lets me gauge your current fitness levels, set you the goals you need and carefully plan your training programme. But it’s also very important as the first step in our personal interaction; the real foundation of an effective trainer-client relationship.

"My sessions are tailored to your needs. I will push you to your limits and you will actually enjoy it! I emphasise bodies being strong but balanced. So my classes are tough but they're also accessible to all - whether you've had injuries and issues, or are a workout warrior. I believe everything you need is inside you. Sometimes you have to break things down to break through - revealing the body you want is not just working out hard and putting the right stuff in your mouth - it's mental and emotional too. Change is hard; it can even be overwhelming. As your coach, I will give you the confidence to develop the physique you really want. With my help, the cocoon will fall away to reveal the real you - you are, and always have been, awesome.
