That's how I begin my classes. But I smile when I say it. And you should be smiling when you read it. Because I'm funny and I'm energetic. And because even though I want you to work hard - and will make you work harder than you ever thought you could - I want you to have fun too.

I'm truly awesome when it comes to motivation. I really can get the best out of you. I designed these classes so that they just use your body - nothing else. That means lean curves, not bulk. They work individually or as part of a broader programme. They promote weight loss by boosting your metabolism; and by strengthening your upper body and core. And they will increase your motor skills and balance too. Plus they're always changing, so you and your body will never get bored. (Even if you do get tired.)
